Shipping: We use U. P. S., Federal Express, and the U. S. Postal Service for shipping. Generally, Fed Ex Ground is the least expensive for domestic shipments, unless the package weighs less then 2 pounds. Actual shipping charges vary based upon your location, package weight, and service requested.
Payments: We accept cash, checks, money orders, credit cards (Visa, Master Card, AMEX, and Discover), Pay Pal, Bid Pay and authorized department / government vouchers.
Availability: We try to keep all of the Red Hats of Courage and other Firefighter Items in stock. For any item not currently in stock, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with any stock items you have ordered, or if any item is defective in materials or workmanship, Martin Enterprises will promptly replace it with a similar item of equal value, or will provide you with a credit or refund. This does not apply to customer error in ordering, custom-made, or personalized items.
All returns must be in original condition. To qualify for an
adjustment under our guarantee, simply phone Martin Enterprises
at 201-933-1275 within ten (10) days of delivery, explain the nature of your
dissatisfaction and we’ll gladly give you instructions on the return or
disposition of the merchandise.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. We will do
our very best to hold the line on prices, but can't guarantee them since they
are often beyond our control.
