The A-20 Havoc was originally built for the French and British as a night fighter before America entered the war. In addition, the USSR received over 3,000 of these aircraft through Lend-Lease. Havocs were used in Europe and the Pacific for light bomber missions. Havocs were very effective in low altitude attack roles. The "G" model had the solid nose, and the "A" had the glass nose.
